The “Jesuitengarten” is one of the very best vineyards in our neighbouring village “Frost” and the whole wine-dorwing area Pfalz in Germany. It is situated on a slope above the village of “Frost” on its western brim.
The grapes were picked in four stages, anytime only the perfect pired grapes were picked. Long time pressing to get a perfect joice, fermented partly spontaneous in traditional wood-barrels and partlyin stainless steel-tanks.
Nose: Herby, spicy, fresh yellow fruit, flight floral notes.Taste: Fine acidity, lot of minerality, powerful and structured.
Food recommendation: Perfect with white meat, fish and seaplatters.
Alcohol: 13,0% vol.
Acidity: 6,9 g/l
Res. sugar: 3,3 g/l
