The grapes for this Riesling are from different vineyards around Ruppersberg and Deidesheim which picked beginnings of October. The grapes were soft pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was 100% in stainless steel.
Direct presing and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Yeast contact until February.
Soil: Sand, loam, clay and rock sandstone.
Food recommendation: Perfect to pair with light, modern kitchen. Also as solo wine it’s a perfect match.
Alcohol: 10,0% vol.
Acidity: 7,8 g/l
Res. sugar: 37,1 g/l
