From different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim. The Grapres softly pressed and settles for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless still tanks.
Soil: sand, loam, clay, rocky sandstone
Taste: lemongrass, pineapple, lime, young flowers, green pepper. On palate: easy drinking with a fresh acidity paired with exotic fruit aroma.
