Becker 2012 Schweigener Spätburgunder Qba dry (Only 5 bottles left)

Vineyards are located around Schweigen on french and german Limestone soil. Age of the vines between 24 and 49 years.
The grapes were carefully selected by hand, descaled and fermented separately from the mash. After two up to three week fermentation in open oak barrels, they were gently juiced. The further maturation took place for 18 months in small oak barrels. The wine is filled without filtration.
Pleasant, clear ruby red with dark reflections. In the nose scent of wild berries, tobacco, spices and forest floor. On the palate juicy, elegant with good length and structure.

Res. sugar:         0,3 g/l
