Gavin Hills is the Wine Director at The Hand and Flowers - the only pub in the UK with two Michelin stars! The pub is based in the Georgian town of Marlow and is owned by celebrity chef Tom Kerridge.

2020 Rebhuhn Riesling QbA dry
Tamlyn Currin, talented and expressive wine writer for Jancis Robinson, describes this Württemberg white wine as, "Nice prickle on first sip. It reminds me a little of rose-petal, herby, delicately sweet gripe water. Light, fragrant, crisp golden apples. Super refreshing and with a silvery brightness."

2020 Grauburgunder Sonett dry
Tamlyn describes this Baden Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) as "Jasmine and lactic notes on the nose. Tinned pears and light white peachiness with a tiny bit of spritz giving it lift."
Kochan & Platz
2020 Dornfelder PLATZhirsch QbA dry
Tamlyn describes this Mosel red wine as, "This Dornfelder is a lip-smacking, glou-glou, heart-stealing wine-for-foodies at an equally heart-stealing price. Cheeky cherry and cherry blossom. This is really fun, frivolous and pretty and juicy. Delicious."
Schloss Reinhartshausen
2021 Reinhartshausen Riesling off-dry
This Rheingau Riesling has a bouquet filled with fruity flavours of apples and apricot. The harmony between the wine's alcohol, acidity and sweetness gives it a long finish.
