Bouquet and taste shows the relationship to Pinot Blanc. Creamy aroma of ripe fruit like apple, peach and melon with fine hints of lemon. Soft but also lively acidity.
Hand picked wine made out of red grapes. The red grapes are gently pressed to avoid colouring of the whine juice through mechanical treatment of the skins where the colour is situated. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Drink recommendation: 6-8°C. This wine goes well with asparagus, fish, fresh salads, sea food and many other starters and light dishes.
Soil: Slate and greywacke decomposition stone.
