These grapes are sourced from different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim. The Grapes are softly pressed and settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless still tanks.

Taste: lemongrass, pineapple, lime, young flowers, green pepper.
Palate: easy to drink with a fresh acidity paired with exotic fruit aroma.
