Bassermann-Jordan's 2018 Estate Riesling is light and easy on the palate with lots of exotic flavours. It has a fine acidity, distinct minerality and long finish. On the nose it is fresh and young, with has aromas of apple and peach.
The grapes for this Riesling came from vineyards around Ruppertsberg, Frost and Deidesheim.There, the soils are rich in loam, clay, sandstone, basalt and limestone.
They were selectively picked at the beginning of October, then gently pressed and the must was allowed to settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was 100% in stainless steel.

Acidity: 7,5 g/l
