The “Jesuitengarten” is one of the very best vineyards in the whole wine-growing area of Pfalz in Germany. It is situated on a slope above the village of “Frost” on its western brim.
Long time pressing to get a perfect juice, fermented spontaneously, partly in traditional wood barrels and partly in stainless steel-tanks.
Nose: Herby, spicy, fresh yellow fruit, light floral notes.
Taste: Fine acidity, high minerality, powerful and structured.
Food recommendation: Perfect with white meat, fish and sea platters.
Alcohol: 13,0% vol.
Acidity: 6,9 g/l
Res. sugar: 3,3 g/l
