The vineyard is situated on the western brim of Deidesheim on a south-facing hill.
The grapes were selected and picked at the end of September, pressed for 5 hours, one quarter fermented in traditional oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Bottled end of April.
Elegant Riesling with a crisp minerality.

Soil: Loam, sandy-loam, argil and limestone.
Food recommendation: Perfect by the glass or with Asian inspired cuisine.
