The Erbacher Siegelsberg has a fine structure, the Taunus Quartzite, which reaches the surface here, gives the Riesling a pronounced minerality. The intense sunlight and the excellent ventilation characterise the large fruit of the wines.
A wine with immense power! From the glass pour peach and apricot, citrus and quince. Almost painful is the first touch of the wine with the tongue, then the wine spreads inexorably and deliciously in the mouth. Countless minutes of reverberation.
