The vineyard is on a steep, south-facing slope which warms up quickly with grey slate.
Ripe yellow fruit like apricot and honey notes, good density which is carried by delightful acidity.
Winemaking: 50% oak barrel with natural yeast, 50% stainless steel with natural yeast. Bottled in March 2017
