In an amphitheatre which is exposed to quite a lot of wind, so it is quite cool. More limestone here. Old river soils. Green apricots and Granny Smith apples on the nose. Green, leafy and edges like cut glass. Finely chiselled and as lean as a whippet. (Written by Tamlyn Currin – JancisRobinson.com)
“Extremely fine and lively fragrance. Mineral notes clearly play center stage. Its fruit is quite subtle. The wine shows a refreshing lightheartedness. An absolute dream wine.” (Max Gerstl, Weingut Wittmann’s Swiss importer)
