Bassermann-Jordan's organic 2016 Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
The grapes are softly pressed and left to settle for 24 hours. The temperature-controlled fermentation process takes place in stainless still tanks.
This white wine has wonderful aromas of lemongrass, pineapple, lime, young flowers and green pepper.
An organic Sauvignon Blanc, it is easy to drink, with its fresh acidity paired with exotic fruit aromas.
