Scheurebe is a Wirsching speciality and this wine is no exception. Its fresh and fruity bouquet has exotic aromas such as grapefruit and mango, combined with its refreshing acidity, this wine a delight to drink.
Vineyard: They are seen as the region pioneer for this grape variety, for in 1952 Hans Wirsching was actually the first to plant this extraordinary varietal in Franconia. With their long-term experience they have become true experts in regard to this grapes.
Vinification: Fermentation is at a lower temperature in comparison to Wirsching's classic wines in the Bocksbeutel-style bottles. Using this method, the carbon dioxide is preserved, giving the wine its tangy character and pleasant freshness.
Food recommendation: Pairs perfectly with light summer cuisine, vegetarian cuisine and Asian dishes.
