A steep, south-facing slope which warms up quickly with grey slate and volcanic rocks. Here they harvest their premium wines in the dry range, as well as their excellent sweet wines.
Whole cluster pressing, fermented in stainless steel, 60% natural yeast fermentation bottled in April 2013.
Top class Eiswein with concentrated flavours of honey and peach. The grapes for this wine coming out of one of the oldest vineyards of our winery. Small in yeast, but very high quality earnings.
