This rosé is a selection of ripe red grapes from different sites and soils.
The cuveé is mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Portugieser and Dornfelder.
The grapes were carefully selected by hand and gently juiced after a short maceration period. The restrained fermentation and the further expansion took place in stainless steel tanks. After 5 months on fine lees and gentle filteration it was bottles in February 2019.
Its lively acidity in combination with subtle fruit sweetness and its elegant aromas of fresh make it a perfect, uncomplicated to enjoy terrace wine and food companion.
