Göttelmann's off-dry Riesling is a very lively wine with tropic aromas. The wine's slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by its smooth acidity.
The grapes that produced this Riesling were grown on black slate, then hand picked in the first week of October. Fermentation lasted until March of the following year and terminated at 14 g/l of residual sugar. Only 3000 bottles of this Riesling were produced.
Food Recommendations: Due to its sweetness, this wine best accompanies Asian food, poultry and noodles.
