Bercher 2024 Jechtinger Weissburgunder dry

Wine: This dry Weissburgunder dry (Pinot Blanc) is light golden yellow in colour. It has aromas of apple, hazelnut and citrus fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. This dry white wine's filigree acidity is complimented by its subtle fruity notes.

Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Bottled: May 2025

Soil: Grown on loess soil, fermented in stainless steel, on the lees for 6 months.

Food recommendation: Pairs perfectly with rabbit terrines and grilled fish accompanied by a fresh salad or asparagus.
