Jürgen Ellwanger 2022 Hebsacker Lichtenberg Spätburgunder Premier Cru dry

Dark fruits on the nose, the Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) Premier Cru has aromas of cassis, ripe sweet cherries, blackberries and tobacco. On the palate, this dry red wine has delicate wood notes, as well as bourbon vanilla and bitter chocolate flavours.

The Hebsacker Lichtenberg Spätburgunder originates from a first-class vineyard with VDP.ERSTE LAGE classification. The vineyard provides optimal growing conditions and produces a wine with its own unique character.

This Spätburgunder was aged in small wooden barrels.
