A sweet white wine, this Riesling Spätlese has fruity aromas of apricots and rhubarb, as well as a the essence of quince.
The perfectly ripened Riesling grapes were selected exclusively from Göttelmann's Kapellenberg vineyard, in the Nahe region, around the middle of October.
Fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks, the fermentation process took until the first week of January.
Food Recommendation: This Riesling Spätlese is a sensational companion to gorgonzola or cheddar cheese. It is also perfect as an aperitif.
