Göttelmann 2018 Kapellenberg Riesling "Vollmond" dry

Wine: Göttelmann's "Vollmond" or "Full Moon" Riesling is a classic dry Riesling with flavours of citrus and gooseberry, an astonishing fresh and a lively long lasting aftertaste supported by the slight sweetness of its 9 g/l residual sugar. 

Vineyard: The Riesling grapes that produced this fine wine were grown on the steep slopes by the town of Münster-Sarmsheim on the banks of the Nahe River.

Food recommendation: This golden yellow Riesling is the perfect companion for seafood or veal.
