Knebel 2024 Von den Terrassen Riesling dry

This dry Riesling has a minerality that is reflective of its unique Terrassenmoselle terroir, in the Mosel region. A full bodied dry white wine, it has spicy notes.

Vineyards: Grapes were sustainably grown in slate rich soil, and hand picked from several terraced vineyards around the village. 

Vinification: The wine was fermented using natural yeast and had long contact on the lees.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 2,6 g/l
Acidity: 6,9 g/l
