Knebel 2024 Estate Riesling dry

Knebel are a member of the VDP, Germany’s association of elite wine producers and a guarantee of quality.

Classed as a VDP. GUTSWINES, this is an entry level Riesling in the origin based hierarchy of prestigious VDP member wineries.

This dry Riesling comes from the Knebel estate's own vineyard in the Mosel region, and complies with strict VDP criteria. 

Vineyard: The grapes, that this wine is produced, were grown in vineyards located in the lower slopes of Winningen. Grown sustainably, and the grapes were carefully harvested by hand.

Vinification: The wine was fermented using natural yeast, and had long contact n the lees.

Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 2,2 g/l
Acidity: 7,0 g/l
