Knebel 2024 Riesling Alte Reben (Old Vines) dry

A dry Riesling with incredible concentration and a delicate elegance.

Vineyards: The grapes that produced this Riesling were from 60 to 80 year old vines (alte reben). Grown sustainably, they were carefully harvested by hand. The vineyards are situated on a traditional terraced slopes of Terrassenmoselle. There, the soil is rich in slate, sandstone, loess and quartzite. This wine is a true ambassador of its terroir.

Vinification: The wine was fermented using natural yeast.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 4,0g/l
Acidity: 7,0 g/l
