Schneider 2024 Grauburgunder Halbstück dry

Wine: This Grauburgunder (Pinto Gris) has a crisp acidity, rounded texture and subtle fruit flavours.

Vineyard: Steinwingert and Felsensteyer, the sustainably cultivated vineyards where these Grauburgunder grapes were grown, have soil rich in loess.

Vinification: Lightly crushed, the grapes were left on the mash for eight hours. The wine was gently fermented and matured in wooden barrels, made of Hunsrück oak, for six months.

Res. sugar: 1,5 g/l
Acidity: 6,3 g/l
