This Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) Premier Cru has aromas of dark fruits - cassis, ripe sweet cherries and blackberries, as well as hints of tobacco. On the palate, this dry red wine has delicate wood notes, as well as bourbon vanilla and bitter chocolate flavours.

The WineBarn's own authentic Glühwein (mulled wine) has been made according to the original traditional German recipe.This winter tipple is 100% organic and made from Dornfelder red wine. Dornfelder, a grape variety which originates from Württemberg region, is a moderately tannic, fresh, deeply-coloured, medium-bodied red wine with floral characters. It is blended with warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, star anise and ginger, as well as orange peel and a little sugar for sweetness.
