This winter tipple is 100% organic and made from Dornfelder red wine. Dornfelder, a grape variety which originates from Württemberg region, is a moderately tannic, fresh, deeply-coloured, medium-bodied red wine with floral characters. It is blended with warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, star anise and ginger, as well as orange peel and a little sugar for sweetness.
