A special task force for four pickers collected naturally dried berries over several days to receive a harvest of 300 litres that are 600 bottles of 500ml. The concentration of sugar in the juice was about 30%.
This kind of sweet wine is the top of German wine production. A basket filled with aromas of dried apricots, rhubarb and quince.
Food recommendation: Drink it with any sweet or even Gongonzla. It is a lovely drink as a starter too.
