Wine: This Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) Grand Cru is rich golden yellow in colour. Enormously smooth, this dry white wine has elegant fruit notes of ripe pineapple and pear. It also has a very harmonious acid structure.
Food recommendation: Pairs well with fried crustaceans such as lobster sauce or filet of monkfish in Pinot Gris sauce.
