Wine: A distinguished, high quality Riesling Premier Cru. This rich, elegance dry white wine has hints of exotic fruit and a distinct minerality.
Vineyard: The grapes for this wine come from Riesling vines grown in Aulerde and Kirchspiel vineyards. These vineyards have VDP. Erste Lage (Premier Cru) classification, which means this wine comes from a first-class vineyard that has optimal growing conditions. The sloping vineyards are sheltered by the surrounding plateau. The clayey soil here is rich in loess loam, whereas the deeper soil is dominated by limestone rocks.
Vinification: The fully ripened grapes were harvested is in October.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
