A very lively Riesling that shows tropical fruit aromas. This off-dry white wine's slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by its acidity.
The Riesling grapes were grown in slate rich soil and were harvested by hand in the early October. Fermentation with spontaneous yeast took place in stainless steel tanks until the wine matured in March of the following year.
Food recommendation: Due to the sweetness, this wine pairs well with Asian food, poultry and noodles.
