Different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
The grapes were hand-picked selectively at the end of September then softly pressed and must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks.
On the nose is fresh exotic fruit with hints of green pepper and lemongrass.
On the palate is fresh and fruity with vibrant acidity, Exotic aroma remains on the palate.
Soil: Sand, loam, clay and rocky sandstone.
Food recommendation: Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc by the glass in the summer or drink it to modern dishes with seafood or salad.
