Vineyard: Grown on the Alsatian side on limestone soil. The grapes come from their VDP.1.Lage Steinwingert. The age of the vines are between 10 and 50 years.
Wine: Harvested by hand and carefully selected. Pure juice extraction, no pressing of the grapes. The controlled fermentation and further development took place in used barriques. After 8 months of fine yeast storage and gentle filtration, bottling followed in June 2023.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
