After a late harvest in mid-October and a short mashing time followed by a long fermentation with natural yeast in the large barrel and stainless steel tank.
Soil: The soil is very heterogeneous; slate, volcanic rock (porphyry and melaphyr) as well as sandstone. The slope is exposed to south-south-west and up to 60% steep.
Taste: The wine radiates a tremendous power and spice. A tight minerality and a fine salty note. The wine is very concentrated and still fine.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
