Wine: Absolutely healthy grapes were lightly crushed and left on the mash for 8 hours. Slow and gentle fermentation and maturation in wooden barrals. The 6 month of storage in new 600 wooden barrels made of Hunsrück oak.
Strong, spicy Burgindy characteristic, permeated by aromas of ripe quince.
Alcohol 13% vol.
