A sparking wine that is produced through the traditional method of bottle fermentation. That means that fermentation, riddling, disgorgement and shipment all takes place on the same bottle.
Tasting notes: The second fermentation gave this wine nice sparkles not too aggressive and creamy. On the palate, it has hints of raspberry and strawberry with a slight touch of yeast.
Food recommendation: The perfect aperitif or reception drink. Pairs well with a seafood salad and grilled white fish.
