Wine: This Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) Grand Cru dry had a light golden yellow colour. On the nose, it has fresh scents of herb, ripe apple and pear. On the palate it is mineralic with a long finish.
Vinification: Expansion in stainless steel tanks and used barriques (oak barrels).
